Through the weekend there will be a total of seven yoga sessions:
​
-
morning dynamic flow yoga class (Sat & Sun) with lots of stretching, balancing and strength poses
-
a Saturday afternoon workshop
-
a Saturday afternoon gentle flow
-
Saturday & Sunday short gentle yoga stretch with a guided meditation that will ease you into the night
All yoga classes will commence with pranayama, breathing exercises
Between yoga sessions feel free to chill, snooze on a sofa, relax, read a book, chat to the new friends you are making, or take a walk. Treatments are also available upon request.

It is your weekend to relax or do as much, or as little, as you wish.
Day 1: Friday 26th November 2021
4.00 Arrival, meet, greet, settle in and discover beautiful Tilton House where the event is being held
5.30-7.00pm Yoga flow and stretch that will settle you into the weekend
7.15pm Dinner
9.00-9.30pm Gentle Yoga relaxation and Meditation
Time to relax, chat, read or take yourself off for an early night
Day 2: Saturday 27th November 2021

8.00-9.30am Dynamic yoga flow, stretching, balancing poses
9.45-10.45 Breakfast
11.30-1.00pm Walk across the Sussex downs
1.30-2.30 Lunch
2.30-3.30pm Yoga Workshop that could cover headstand, crow, deeper hip openers
or
2.30-4.30pm Relax, read a book, enjoy a sauna, enjoy a wellness treatment, chat and relax in one of the comfortable Library, Sunroom and Conservatory rooms
4.30-6.00pm Yoga flow
7.00pm Dinner
9.00-9.30pm Gentle Yoga relaxation and Meditation
Time to relax, chat, read or take yourself off for a relaxing early night
Day 3: Sunday 28th November 2021
8.00-9.30am Dynamic yoga flow, stretching, balancing poses
9.45-10.45 Breakfast
11.30-12.30pm Walk across the Sussex downs/sauna/treatment
1.00-2.00pm Lunch
2.30-3.00pm Goodbyes to new friends and a hello to a relaxed you as we depart
