Come and join my live online yoga classes - where you can learn in the comfort of your own home - and still be part of a group, learning together and encouraging one another.

My adult yoga classes welcome complete Beginners, Beginners-Plus, through to Intermediate. They are friendly classes with guidance and encouragement – as every body is different, poses can be modified to enable you to work to your own ability.
I have SIX classes per week to choose from

The classes are intense, hot and sweaty, Vinyasa-style flow yoga with lots of balancing and stretching.

All classes commence with Pranayama (breathing exercises) & finish with guided Savasana (relaxation)

From the start, my students start to build their strength, stamina and flexibility

My Mixed Ability classes will teach you crow, headstand and other balancing postures

You can choose to pay by calendar month, or Pay As You Go per class

BEGINNERS-CONTINUATION CLASSES

Tuesday & Thursday 8.00am-9.00am

Tuesday class will be yoga flow building flexibility, balance and strength

Thursday class, yoga flow and teaching/practicing new and progressive poses
BEGINNERS YOGA FLOW

Tuesday 7.00pm-8.00pm

A gentle yoga flow suitable for beginners and for those more experienced that want a gentle flow class

MIXED ABILITY MONDAY SUNRISE YOGA CLASSES

Monday Sunrise 6.30am-7.30am
-
The Sunrise class is aimed at mixed ability so everyone can get their day off to a great start

Flow, balance and typically lots of stretching
​
BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE YOGA CLASS

Wednesday 6.30pm-8.00pm
-
Sunday 9.30am-11.00am
-
In these slightly longer classes, in addition to our usual yoga flow, stretching and balance poses; you will also learn headstand, crow and other variations
-
Many who have finished my beginners course will come straight into this class and enjoy the challenge of a longer duration class

Take inspiration by seeing what my other students have learnt since starting as beginners themselves
-
I can modify poses to suit individual abilities.

For the monthly packages, you will need to nominate the same class/es each week

Can't commit to a full month? Then pay as you go. £12 for 1-hour class and £15 for 1.5-hour class. I will need to have at least 2 hours notice so I can send you the code in advance
